A Finish!

So I started this quilt last month.....but the big news is I finished it!! It seems like I have so little free time to spend with Freddie the longarm. 
 

I'm planning to let this one be a new couch quilt for hubs. 

I love how the Minky back looks after quilting!

This stitching design is called popcorn.  I struggled to find a pattern I liked that wasn't too dense. 

Here it is all done!

I'm not crazy about the black motorcycle print fabric-but I'm glad to have it out of my stash!

The finished quilt looks a lot better than I thought it would. It measures about 70" square so it's perfect for Hubs on the couch.

This is the pattern from the All Iowa Shop Hop 2025 magazine. I didn't hop much, and I didn't buy any of this year's fabric,  but I almost always find a pattern I like in the magazine, so it's worth the purchase price. 

Now to keep working through some more of my stash-it's getting out of control!
