On to Purple

SO, DD has another co worker who is having a baby girl and is a FAN of purple.  SO I started sorting out all of my purples and I think I'll try this Irish Chain pattern. I laid out a few of the blocks to see how it looks.

I'm not totally sold on the light purple, I guess that's lavender, solid, but it is what I have on hand! The colors in this picture seem a little bit off to me, that block that looks yellow is black with purple doodles in it. Hmmm, might have to ditch that!  I dunno, maybe this will turn into a hidden 9 patch!!
