Mid Iowa Antique Power Show

Spent a great Saturday with these people! We went to the Antique Power Show in Marshalltown, IA.
At the show we looked at a lot of engines, and a lot of tractors.
We watched them machinery shell corn....
We watched engines pump water, there were lots of them
This little buzz saw was different.
 Some of the engines
And the sea of red tractors. Each year the show has a featured tractor, and this year it was IH.
We rode the wagons around the grounds. We looked at all the flea market stuff.
 And the kids made ropes.
This man was working hard to help the kids make rope.
Jaymie was first. She cranked the rope out fast! Caitlynn made a rope too, fun stuff!

And the little playground got some time. Teeter-totters like this are hard to come by! I think she liked that almost as much as making rope.
And of course we had to have ice cream. There's an outfit that comes every year and the make homemade ice cream-cranked by antique gas engines, of course!
Then it was up to Gramma & Grampa's for a little visit. A really great day with the family!
