Christmas

We had a wonderful time at Julie's for Christmas Eve.

Jean with DD and Dylan,
Julie with DD and DIlly,
Here's the ball when I got done wrapping. It weighs 20lbs for sure.
We tried out the saran wrap game. I got a ton of small candy, toys, teenage stuff and wrapped it all up in a roll and a half of saran wrap. The game is that the person next to the one with the ball, has to roll doubles on the dice to get their turn unrolling the ball.
The kids had a lot of fun, I tried to have things the teens would like as well as the little kids. Deodorant, gift cards and lots of candy.
The teens all liked it, maybe we'll do it again.
Ben, Dilly and Jaymie resting up before the game.

And then we had the kids over for Christmas day at 3pm.
I had asked Dannie to get her family Christmas jammies picture, instead they came in their jammies, so I could take the picture!

We also got Bean's group in the picture taking mode! What a nice surprise.
As usual, we are missing one teen-Jaymie has another commitment.

As I awalys say-it's impossible to get everyone looking good in one picture!

Presents were all a hit this year!
Dilly was ready for a nap, but he loved the sit and spin.

Drew had the best time ever, I think. First the remote controlled snake, then best of all, a pencil sharpener and pencils!!!
He was so excited!!
I was a bad picture taker, I didn't get the older kids opening presents much. But I think they were pretty happy with their gifts.
