So tomorrow, Saturday September 27 I will be organizing folks at my church to sew pillowcases for ConKerr Cnacer. This organization distributes pillowcases to kids in the hospital battling cancer. Folks have donated quite a bit of fabric!
SO I'm matching and slicing the fabric into kits to sew. Let me tell ya, it's a great way to clear out your fabric stash!
Look at this cool fabric with Starry Night on it! I saw this while I was at JoAnn's the other day and had to get some, and I'll share it with the pillowcase piles too!
Phew! That's a lot of measuring and cutting. Thankfully Bob was helping, right?
Now to get busy and sew a few to get a head start, just in case I have a shortage of volunteers tomorrow!
