So the fiscal Cliff has been all over the news and I am faaarrr from politically savvy. But here's what I DO understand.
See the line on my paycheck stub that says FICA? See how it was $87.08 on the last paycheck for 2012 (on the right) and see how it's $127.73 on my 1st check for 2013 (on the left)?
So I guess I'm OK with paying a little bit more into the Social Security pot-o-cash.
But I'm not OK with people I helped to elect, not doing their job to represent me. Next time I go to the polls, I'm pretty sure there will be
no incumbents on my ballot. Get out Chuck!
