SO, I went to an estate sale last Saturday. They had lots of pretty stuff advertised. I waited in line with about 20 other folks to get in, and that was about 2 hours after the start time! Anyways I didn't buy anything. The floors were pretty in one room in the house. The green glass was all gone-except a few saucers, and who wants saucers?...no one.
Isn't this thread case pretty? And it's only priced at $1350! Anyway, moving on......
At work they want us to switch to hi vis green bump hats. Trouble is the new hats don't have a pony tail hole.
SO I made one! I just unstitched the back seam and reinforced the top and bottom.
Then I also added buttons to hold my face mask elastic strings. I always say, I can't imagine anymore stuff hanging off my head at work!!
I tried to take a picture of my hat on my head at work, but it's not so good-it's hard to take a selfie of the back of your own head!
So I was at Lowe's to get a new refrigerator water filter. Note to self: next time you get a new refrigerator, get one that you don't have to lay on the floor to change. Anyways, I saw these Red Sliders. And yes, I was sucked in.
I put one set on the most used counter stool.
They went on really easily. I was surprised, I figured they would be hard and not fit at all.
But they fit pretty good and they do slide quietly and smoothly. SO I put the other set on the chair that is used most at the table.
It's a little less of a nice fit, but it seems snug and secure. We'll see how they last.
Oh and I got new glasses. They are so cute-they have little creative tools on them. Vision4Less has a line called Peace Love. These are the Love Create frame. I love them and they fit well!
